Everybody is a leader in the sense that we all have a sphere of influence. How do you use your influence in your home, workplace, the community and the public square?
❤️Do you use it to uplift others, celebrate their natural and cultivated gifts and build bonds of mutual respect and trust?
😈Or do you feel the need to undermine others, inflict fear, seek power over others and employ any means necessary including slander and malicious gossip to abuse them?
The first option is democratic, the other is authoritarian.
If we want to continue living in a free and democratic society, we must make ourselves worthy of the honour. Cultivate loving kindness towards others.
